Now this is a first for me...

I never met a ladybug like this.
There are around here many types and sorts of ladybugs: the classic red with seven black dots, black with yellow dots, red with white dots, and many other colour and dots number and shape combinations.

Here it is one I never seen before: yellow with white dots. I didn't find any reference in the literature available to me, regarding such specie, so I have no ideea what actually this is.

Or maybe is an albino form (this ideea just crossed my mind). I'm wondering, are they albino guys in the Ladybugs world?

This is an amazing shot , never in my life i had seen such colours on any lady ;) Good macro , the lighting is bit sharp but well cant be helped as its nature.

This is a Halyzia sedecimguttata.
Please note that many ladybugs vary greatly in colour and/or patterns and number/distribution of spots.

hi Petru, intresting capture, this ladybird is a fungus eater instead of greenfly that people normally think is the diet of ladybirds.
detailed capture, though I would be tempted to darken the shell of the bettle with highlights in Burntool and a very soft edged brush.

Hi Petru, nice photo of this interesting bug. The sun was too high and there is litle overbright on the back but never mind. I saw a similar bug in Slovenija but more dark . Maybe is some new bug from Kina or east world. It has too much dots. ;-))

Hi Petru,
There are many strange looking ladubugs around, some of them you wouldn't even suspect to belong to that family. This one is a mildew feeder.
