...nice green forest, with coloured meadows, delicate flowers, joyful butterflies, and this warm breeze om my face...

LET'S GO DOWn TO THE EARTH, MAN!

It's winter here and a cold one.

This is Gutin Mountain, a volcanic reminiscent quite close to my town (in one day you can get up there and back in a nice trip). It has 1437 m high, being the highest peak of this rather small volcanic mountains.

I tried to catch this one without the FG branches on the sides, but this was the only acceptable clearing in the forest with a good view at the mountain. I felt that cutting off (croping) the sides of the photo would spoil a bit of the panorama majesty. Besides, I taught the branches offers a bit of a natural frame to the image and mirror the truth about how this mountain is surprisingly appearing on the sight in the small forest clearings.

Hello Petru,
Lucky you to live in a town surrounded by such a nice scenery :-) I like the colours and exposition of the shot. The branches in FG don't bother me that much.
Best greetings,
Michal

Wow, Petru, you live in Baia Sprie? I'm sorry that we didn't meet each other earlier because in May we visited your town! We saw old mines and looked for minerals, I've got few on my shelf, former citizens of your neighbourhood ;-)
Mountains on your photo looks amazing, especially with this colour of sky.

Interesting view of winter and the mountain. DOF managed well. I like autumn colours contrasted with snow. TFS

Hi,
Great landscape,composition and POV.

Ana:)

Hi Petru,
Very beautiful landscape shot. Excellent composition. The extreme angle looking up really makes an impression of the steepness here. Great exposure, the colors look great. Detail, DOF, and clarity are superb! Well done!

Beautiful landscape Petru ! You have a very nice country thanks for sharing it. There are warm colors in your cold weather ! Well done,

Mario

I like the snow covered peaks and blue sky Petru. The natural border from the snow covered branches FG frames the scene nicely IMO. Well done.
Thank you!

Hi Petru,
I love mountains! I wish the ones around my house were bigger, but they are better than none.
Nice landscape!
Well done!
Thanks,
Dave

Cornucopial image, my dear chap! A charming plateau in this hibernal landscape of the Romanian highlands. A suave game of earth tones and idyllic skies in a fairytale country so charming it pushes my soul scream this vernacular shout: Taiat-ai porcu’ anu asta, Petre, da’ palinca avem destula? :) LOL, I miss home sometimes...
I hope this finds you laughing as it was intended...
