Firiza Lake is a beautiful man made reservoir providing water to the nearby city of Baia Mare, in the Maramures region of far northern Romania. It's also an ideal location for recreational activities such as boating, fishing swimming and camping.

great composition here, sharp throughout with alot of different textures, the sky, trees, skys' relection and then the brown rock, all running down the length of the frame...great stuff.

Hi Steve,
Glad to see you saved the best one for TN. The smooth texture of the rock and the reflection on the lake are very beautiful. The sun illuminated the forrest and hills perfectly. I like the way the two darker part of the forrest are on both sides of the frame.
