That looks colder that it is here in New Zealand, Horia. And we're into Autumn while you' should be having spring. We had +17C today and thought that was cold enough...
Nicely captured and I like how the sunlight is brightening up the clouds and sky.
Well done
Janice

Hi,
Feel very chill by looking at the image, very fine lighting. Maybe you could have avoided the foreground of mangled plants and focused more on the sky. tfs.

Hi Horia, how's it going?

Thank you for your critique. As you can see I've selected this one, a landscape. Morning at -28C. I like the contrasting shapes of the trees in silhouet in the back to the right, and the branches in the front to the left. Good composition, nice atmosphere. - By the way -, compliments on the camera, Nikon D90!

I see you've used the 70-300mm Zoom Nikkor for this landscape, but still managed to create a "wide-angle" feel.

Well done, TFS.

Best regards, Dimitri.

Hi Horia,

I like how you capture the mood of the scene.Good composition and lighting as well as adding the dried branches on the foreground. It really added impact to your image. Well done.
Cheers from Canada, Conrad

I love this chilly blue tinted landscape among your many beautiful butterfly photos. I like butterflies too but we don't have the variety that you have captured in your photos.

Hi Horia,

I really like the way you have captured the cool blues of the snowy shadows in contrast with the warmth of the sky reflected on the snows in the lower right. The tangle of bare branches adds to the stark coolness of the moment.

The highlights in the clouds seem to be blown out -- almost like something you did in post processing for a certain effect?

Nice picture!
Dave
