Critiques [Translate]
Hello Horia,
You have captured an amazing quirk of nature, a tree that has grown round and raised a large rock!
A nice composition with its situation by a stream.
TFS this fine contribution,
best wishes, Ivan
I am pausing with my postings but will continue to give odd critiques on TN. I shall return with my images when the dust has settled.
Your suggestion of a meeting in Switzerland is a good idea, but Poland would be cheaper and easier to book lodgings!

Hello Horia,
This beautiful capture reminds me of one of the happiest moments of my life when I was on a long hike together with a group of people from the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation in Ladakh. As we sat down by a stream before climbing up to 4000 metres, we all felt totally at one with nature and the feeling of being cut off from the stress and bustle of the developed world was wonderful!!
This memory often comes back to me in stressful situations and it restores peace!
I like the way the tree is 'embracing' the rock in your image! A lovely POV and beautiful colours.
Thanks for staying with us, Horia, and perhaps we'll meet next summer!!
TFS and best wishes, Ulla

Hello my Friend!
Very calm and peacefull picture, maybe it is proper remedy for our too hot heads and hearts :-) Long exposure time made 'fairy-tale effect' very well. Beautifull place and wise words in your note.

Thanks, Horia for being supportive of our friends and of TN too. I appreciate your attempt at a solution. I, personally don't travel that far afield but it could be a fun adventure... once all the logistics get worked out. I really like the moss, the rocks and the silky water in your photo. Looks like a peaceful place... a good place for all of us.

Good landscape!
hi horia!
I'll be brief, had a hand-surgery, it aches and i can use only 1 hand. i like your notes very much, i just would add that i can't understand how this situation has happened and that some reactions are a bit surprising. You have pointed out the essential thing: go out in nature and forget about needless disputes...
Kind regards
Markus
N.B. Oh, i almost forgot: your picture is superb: simple, surprising and pleasant. A fine mirror of our nature...
Beautifully captured Horia, Hope everything is ok with you. My husband and I did'nt left the site, we just took some time off. (cleaning our property and busy with our grandchildren.)I'll be posting again when the schools start.
Cheers,
Cecilia

Dear Horia,
a very beautiful, emotiononally touching posting.
A humble scene, nothing spectacular, nothing but a pleasure to the eyes and the soul. Seeing the waters slowly passing by in your picture - perfectly achieved by very long exposure - is a very comforting brake, and a wise advise to slow down and finding the balance.
It's exactly the advice to go out of town, enjoy the silence and fresh air that is helpful to many of us.
Thank you for this refreshing, peaceful and wise contribution. With all my best wishes,
Peter
P.S.: I will take a several weeks' or maybe months' break from TN from today. Not for any reasons of discomfort there, it is a very fine virtual community. Just for reasons of concentrating on a few other things also very important for me. Including going out into nature as much as possible. Looking forward to return after that.

Hi Horia,
I've read something about what happened but due to my vacation I am glad I missed out on all of it. I love the tranquil feel to this photo created by the perfect composition and the slow shutter. The green color looks wonderful bright and the shape of this tree is something that tickes my boxes.
TFS,
Niek
