[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Where I come from, June 1st is the first day of winter. Here in Europe I expect it's the first day of summer and the poppies are out. This is new for me as we don't see fields of wild poppies in Australia. This photo is a RAW image tone mapped using Photomatix software. Hope you like it.

Superb photo with great colors and details. The dark sky contrasts great with the fresh green colors and the wonderul red poppies. I like the effect of the tone mapping a lot. It gave you some wonderful details in darker parts. The POV, is just perfect.
