Very interresting shot Greg!
Wonderful DOF,lighting and composition.TFS...:-)
Oh Greg, sounds like it was a really special place to visit. I'm looking forward to hearing and seeing more from you. I can't work out what I am looking at here, only I can see the shape of the ice and the drips from it turned into ice stalagmites or stalactites. Looks very intersting. TFS.

I like the darkness in this shot. Hard to believe it is not in B & W. Must have been an awesome sight. Sounds like you both had a wonderful holiday. Look forward to seeing more photos. Nice to have you back :-)

Hello Greg,
The picture is really something different. In combination with the title it is great. Details are good and the light on the ice is special. It's almost like you shot it in B/W but I see some color in the bottom. Very strange but nice picture. TFS!
Regards,
Pieter

Greg, I see you brought back Dracula's fangs from your trip. Did he give ya much trouble? ;-)) Great impact - Great title, Well done my friend!
Hi Greg, on the one hand I can't help to smily at the irony of you going to colder places when its getting warmer in your neck of the woods. :) Anyway... the scenery do make up for it. Very interesting capture. And welcome back. Show us more... :)

Beautiful image, Greg. It looks almost sepia with this moody and soft tones. This textures are very difficult to get, and more in an artistic shot like this one.
Are you still thinking about holidays in Spain this year?
Regards, Felipe.

Belle et originale composition pour ces glacons de dracula. Bonne netteté grâce à la profondeur de champ bien maitrisée.
Well Done !

Wow! Amazing formations Greg!
Ice caves are fantastic.I saw a great book (Swiss,I think) called 'Radiant Darkness', all about ice caves.
Another great caving book is 'Lecheguilla,Jewel of the Underground'.That is a huge cave in New Mexico with awesome formations.

Very well seen, Greg! These icy sticks of different shades are amazing. Nice place (and country, I guess) to visit. Even nature is leading you to shoot strange forms. Very good picture definition and hues on a difficult subject.
