I remember this advertisments!!!
My stupid friend from Univeristy told me "I didn't know that salt make something like that with eyes"!!!!!!!!!!!
Many people didn't understand it :-(
It was a great place - Slanic and salt karst!
Amazing formations Greg.It looks just like limestone Kaarst.
We've had campaigns like that here in NZ too.
Some sectors of society seem to be fairly modern thinking and aware, but there is definitely a redneck element here too.
Mind you,I'm sure my wife could do with the odd beating now and then ;)
The formations are quite incredible Greg. The light has hit these in just the right way. A stunning glistening sculpture. Excellent POV. Fascinating shot. Must have been a great experience to see this in person. Thanks for a great shot.

Originale et intéressante composition photographique. Jolies couleurs et bon effet de perspective.
Interesting & Well Done !
I'm sure Joanna wouldn't oversalt your soup Greg.
This is so interesting; it makes me want to see how it got there and why is it so patterned. I'd love to see it myself. Looks like a snowy mountain with a tall peak. Good shot and TFS very much...

Well done on this composition and presentation.
Hmmm, if I lived there, I would have many wives, cause I don't like salt in my soup or on my food, period. Hmmm, a trip to Poland? Just kidding. I don't like salt on my food though.
Excelent work, Greg.

I've seen plenty of these "...Becouse ..." jokes. Some were really great.
As for the shot: it looks amazing. I've never seen anything like this.
Very well done!

Romania seems to be the kingdom of the textures. You got very nice shots, Greg. Another simple subject perfectly seen. Great DOF in this one!

Excellent shot Greg, I love the POV and the composition is great. The sparkling of the salt in the sun is very good. Well done.
