Hi Horia!
It certainly was not easy to get a quite detailed foreground under these light conditions. Your exposure settingsgive part of the answer. It's interesting to see how you managed this. Moreover, the picture is not only technically perfect and interesting, it also generates emotions and pleases for its romantic and peaceful atmosphere. It reflects very well what we can feel when the sun goes down...
Kind regards
Markus

Hi Horia.
Very nice shot(s) and interesting technique. I like the result at whole. You can try also HDR-technology for solving similar tasks too. Wonderful scene and excellent reproduction of its features. Colour tones and shadows are delicate and pleasant. I also like great composition and framing of the image. Well done and best regards.

Hello Horia,
First of all a Happy Easter.
Nice foreground buttons through your "Easter" camera...
More than an attempt IMO.

Dear Horia!
What a wonderful shot! This must be a very peaceful area, and a beautyful one :)
Great light and composition, I like a lot natural colours and panoramic view (even if the photo is not horizontal!).
It is also nice to hear that your camera is still alive! It is good not only for you but also for everybody who like to watch nice and interesting pictures! :)
Congratulations also because of your web page, a lot of very good quality photos are included there :)
Best greetings from Lodz my Friend!
Radek
PS. You are right, the new season was just started, and I am starting to affraid it - on 16 May the true "maraton" of different trips will start (mainly field trips with my students) ;) Anyway, it will be also a great time for collecting something interesting (I hope) and to take some good pictures ;)

Yes Horia you do manage these images well in the vertical and have not lost your touch. Without having said it was Easter, it would have still be quite lovely and clear, but knowing the day makes it even more impressive and shows how much importance notes are!

Hello Horia!
What a magical shot!
That sky is amazing!
A really great idea to use two different exposures... I tried this once but it didn't come out well :-(
Magnificent colours and stunning light.
Very well composed too.
I feel there could be a bit more interest in the FG but I do love the rocks and yellow buttons :-)
Excellent sharpness and clarity.
Very, very good work!
Cheers mate!
Joe
P.S any news on the battered lens yet?

Excellent job on the merging of these two exposure's, it really works. Something i must try myself. Lovely elevated POV and wonderful coluors from the dying sun, excellent job.

Hello Horia,
This is an elegant image, very well composed!
The colour palette is wonderful as the light from the setting sun is filtered through the haze...
Effective foreground interest and a fine feeling of depth!
