I made a pause of 2 weeks in posting images, from the moment Treknature changed the Terms of Use (they said that our images belongs to them and they have resell rights). A few of the best photographers of this site deleted their images. 6 of my top 100 favorite images have disappeared.
TN owner moved very slowly resolving the problem and give us a simple answer.

In those 10 days of waiting 3 romanian colegues, deleted all their images: Dan Bandacu, Cosmin Manci and Razvan Zinica. They all where good and experienced bird photographers and most of their images where real wildlife (not shoot in the parks). Another friend of mine Mircea Costina was on the point to delete his gallery but I convinced him to wait.
Even if Mircea's gallery is still intact I don't know if he will post images on TN again.

After their departure the TN feels empty. I also have no trust in TN anymore.

So from this moment:
- I will post more rarely images on TN (maybe once on a week or 2 weeks)
- I will not write comments anymore to my images (almost all my images I posted till now have intimate comments made by me ... not copied from the internet)
- I will not complete any of the photo info (camera, lens, other exif or photodata)
- I will write rarely comments to other users pictures
- I will disable my rating points system

Hello Anghel,
this is superb and very artistic picture! I greatly love these beautiful birds, which many times observed by flocks in the fields. Great composition, details, colors and BG.
I sorry that some serious photographers left TN, but I also think that the situation can be corrected.

Hello Anghel,
Like you we very all upset about what happened these last weeks on TN. I think it is a good thing that you decided to stay and tried to convince others. TN will still be a source of information for a lot of interested people and to delete such knowledge is just too sad! I just hope that you will continue to give us some informations on your pictures, because this is one of the main specific qualities of TN!
The picture which you show has for me a poetical quality, which is not so usual here. I also like a lot the fact that you show the environment of the Goldfinch.

Beautiful goldfinch capture in his natural habitat.I liked colors,catchlight in eyes,blurred BG and composition a lot.
