What I noticed first in your picture was the fine light. It marvellously shows the elegant shape of the Egretta and the grey background is ideal to enhance the white plumage of the bird too. A very subtle shot!

Although there's noise in the BG, this is a very nice photo. The pose of this Little Egret is very attractive. Excellent sharpness and details in the feathers, in beautiful contrast.
The contrast against the dark BG is also very good.
