[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The photo is for illustrating the main vegetation layers in the alpine area of Calimani Mts. As u can see, the waters were not suited for developing the dwarf pine (Pinus mugo) and the dried stems contribute to the wilderness ... then comes the green pine level mixed with Rhododendron myrthifolium and then some tall grasses (Deschampsia spp.). The high spruce forest is closing the lake like a ring.

interesting subject that shows us the variation of plant life with altitude and environment. looks a little over sharpened and the colors at the bottom seem a tad off.
