This is a marabou stork, from Africa. It is a scavenger and can be found around refuse dumps. It can also be found with vultures around carcasses. It has a bald head so that it will not get dirty when it puts its head inside the carcasses. You did a great job taking its picture. The light and the colors are very good. Also very pleasing composition. Excellent capture of its eye. Thanks for showing us a very interesting bird.

You capture the marabou stork well, Snezana
Little to tight maybe but good exposure, the white is little overexposure but the black is very good with nice details.

Nice details on the head and black feathers but the tip of the beak is a bit soft. That stork looks similar to the Lesser Adjutant stork that we have here. Ours are even uglier, I think. They must be carrion eaters as well.
