if you took the pic in Serbia can not be Copestylum :(

That genus is only from North and South America. Actually, I would say that is even not a syrphid.

I will start from ID - this is not a Syrphidae fly :) As for now I do not know the family name, but I promisse to check it as send you details as soon as possible :)
Anyway, nice, colourful photo but the DOF would be a little better :)
