My husband and I were walking on a hot january day, it was 16 C and too hot for weeks, because it's usually minus in january, sudenly sky darkened and hail came upon us, small round pieces of ice in january and we were amazed! All around it was dark and gloomy, you could only see stripes of ice being torned from the cloud and going toward the earth, all the birds from roofs flew up in the sky, those are black spots on the photo,it looked scary like Hitchkok's movie!
Yap, Global warming and climate change...not good. |

Hi Tanja,
lovely mood,
sad to observe the effects of Global Warming.
You have a good image here to portray the highlights of nature,
Well Done :)
Cheers :D
Hi Tanja.
Not the most colourful shot : )) But you managed to reflect the very seldom nature phenomena for January. I like how you have reproduced the hail falling from the cloudy sky and composed shot. It was interesting to me to experiment with your picture (see my workshop). My best wishes and TFS.
Alexei.

Hello Tanja,
It's not a typical TN shot but I like it :-)
Very nice capture of these hail clouds.
We also have exceptionally warm winter in Poland. No snow at all, and ca. 7-14 centigrades most of the time.
Best greetings,
Michal
Hi Tanja,
