Hi Stefan,
very fine composition with deep purple flower and second flower in the background. The colour combination is just great. But I think the image is sharpened too much. For example, the upper side of the front wing doesn't look natural. But overall a very nice picture!

This is an excellent macro, Stefan!
This is sharp with good DOF, fine neutral BG and well composed on the purple flower.

But this is not Pieris brassicae! Is is Pieris napi, the Green-veined White.

Ahhhhh...very lovely. I love this shot a lot. The purples and the oranges complement each other so well. The butterfly is exquisite. I don't see much noise on my monitor. If it is there, it doesn't bother me. Some photographers add a touch of noise to backgrounds just to give it a bit of texture. Beautiful work.

Well it's been awhile but finally got back to your images and I must say this is a truely nice macro the lighting is superb on this one. The details are perfect. :)
