Hi Stefan,

Your stork pictures are wonderful but I find them so sad that I hesitate to click them on. I think Necip came up with a good idea. There must be an organization there that will help.

Jane

I agree. Isn't there some wildlife rescue service in the area? I know this happens in the wild all the time.... but out of view. When we see it for ourselves we feel we need to help. Oh well, Your photo is nice. The full frame crop is nice.

A great close-up of this big stork, Stefan.
Very sharp details, especially on the face and beak.
Good exposure with a tad of OE on the body,
though a very overall job considering the high black and white contrast.
Excellent POV.

Hi Stephan
Nice portrait ,sharp picture with great colors.I also like your POV and DOF.The onlu thing I would have change is that blur on the left side of the head but no matter what it is still an ice picture .

Hi Stefan

I hope this male will be alright, but I guess nature will take it's course. This is a lovely closeup. Good catchlight in the eye. Nice work. :-)

Hi Stefan

Another lovely bird portrait from you!
The look and pose of this male stork are outasanding and the details everywhere are terrific! Very nice and sharp, perfectly exposure and well saturated!
The contrast with the BG is also great and the composition created is charming.
All-in-all: wonderful job!

Bravo and TFS

What a beautiful portrait of this big guy again. Details, exposure and composition are superb.

I'm glad to see that it is not bleeding but I hope that he'll recover soon to take care of his future family. I hope that they'll find something to eat soon. Nature is beautiful but so cruel sometime...
Claudine

Lovely picture of your "sad" Stork, Stefan.

bonjour stephen
l'exposition est un peu elevée sur certaines parties blanches de l'oiseau mais dans l'ensemble c'est assez reussi avec de belles couleurs et de bons details .
