A lovely portrait!
I like very much the composition made, and the way the light draws the silhouette of the animal.
It works pretty well the DOF and the nicely blurred background.

My congratulations on purchasing and use Mark III and, of course, on taking nice picture. I especially like excellent exposure despite backlight. Light effects are really so attractive. Short is composed perfectly. Pictured scene and timing are superb. Details and sharpness of the animal image as well as the BG are perfect. My compliments and TFS.

Hi Stefan,

Nice picture of this Bongo, a species of antelope I'd never heard of. I love the soft background and the fact this this is taken partly into the sun has given it a certain luminosity - it looks like it's glowing. Technically great and the composition works really well.

Hi Stefan, I like the soft light on this Antelope and the back light highlighting the edges. It works very well. Nice and sharp with well saturated colours. Great composition.

A very nice portrait shot on this Bongo. I like how the overhead light that is slightly behind him highlights his mane. and gives him that ring of light. Very good colors and detail in the fur. Nice work!
