Another photo from my Lacerta abilis series.
I have disturbed this handsome male Lacerta when cutting vineyard. He was enjoying September sun and then rushed on the grape, as if he wanted to protect it. Or to blend with the environment?
I incresed saturation a bit. I wanted to go further but oversaturation appeared on the Perenospora infected leaf. |

A perfect capture of a Lacerta in a typical lacertid behavior Adrian, the fine specimen here is obviously in the process of sloughing its skin, quite visible thanks to your fine photography my friend. TFS and cheers,
