Hi Miroslav,
nice shot, You are sure the fill-in flash is needed against some mini-mini blurrings ( time exposure will be shorter - 1/250, 1/300) but find exact value is very difficult, but on the other hand beak is transparent so this is interestnig, flash may supress this transparency. May be if aperture wasn´t 9.0 but 6.3 or 5.6 the shutter can be shorter (manual adjusting).
