[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Sĺňava lakeis the very, very popular sunlit spot in Piešťany region. You can easily get there
from two sides - Sĺňava or Lodenica campsites. Sĺňava resort offers lodging in boarding houses and hotels, sport equipment rentals, and many other additional services. This lake is the "darling" amidst many men with water spirit whether it is water skiing, canoeing, kayaking, rowing, windsurfing or yachting. The attraction here is a "water-skiing" lift in Ratnovce. During summer season this area holds many sport events. The top ones are kayak racing, and World championship in water skiing (pulled by motorboats) held at the end of August. If you feel more like respiting and enjoying the coast from a boat, you can join a loop voyage starting from Kolonáda most (pedestrian bridge) in Piešťany town. Fishing enthusiasts admire this lake, too.

A warm welcome to TN, Stefan.
This is an interesting shot of the swan, an unusual POV.
I don't remember seeing a swan with the body totally submerged, and only with the neck showing.
I like your composition. The details are very sharp and well exposed.
The beads of water on the feathers, and the drops falling off the beak, add another level of interest to your picture.

I have never seen a Swan with so much of its body under water to give this amazing picture. Beautifully taken, sharp as a razor and superb colours. A credit to you.
