[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I went to the forest to collect a mushrooms today. An interesting mushroom attracted my attention.

Insects grazed on her hat and it was letting unpleasant smell.

The latin name for the stinkhorn is PHALLUS IMPUDICIUS, that means literally "the phallus without shame".

Unusual and beautiful composition ! Its great to see this rare fungi with many insect on it. Often flash is bad for fungi, but in this case it works very well. Thanks for sharing Tjasa.

Tjasa, very good shot. Great POV and very good details. Good visual impact. TFS.

Brrrrrrr, scary!
Such a lot of flies - I can imagine the smell of this moshroom, äääääähhhh!
But a beautiful and impressing shot.
Like in a horror chamber.
Thanks for showing, well done

Hello Tjasa!
Very nice capture.Lighting,POV,BG and composition are excellent. Thanks for sharing.

Muy buena foto!, se que es dificil mantener el enfoque en un objeto tan grueso. La luz es maravillosa.

... si, tienen razon con el nombre del hongo ... Los insectos seran todos hembras ?? jaja

Saludos

Yuri

All your photos are so different and eye catching. Please keep posting more..CK

Tjaša, to je spet ena lepa slikica. Razlaga je tudi zanimiva. Zakaj se prav muhe zbirajo okoli ? ;-)
Drugače slika je zelo kvalitetna in postavitev je tudi OK.
