Hello Tjasa,
In fact this is a damselfly not a dragonfly. It is called Beautiful Demoiselle as others already wrote.
The picture is very good, I especially like the POV and framing. Colours are very pleasant to the eye. I just wish the head was in focus, because it seems only the wings are.
Anyway, this is a very good post!
