Your portfolio looks promising. I will get back to to it whenever I can.
This is a wonderful snapshot of two bees -- one already landed and the other "permitted" to land!
The BG noise can be done away with, using a filtering software.

WELL COMPOSED BEAUTIFUL SHOT. YOU CAPTURED TWO BEES WITH GOOD CLARITY. THE BLURRED BG GIVES NICE CONTRAST TO THE FLOWER AND BEES.FLOWER A BIT OVER EXPOSED.

Your in flight shot is very nice. I like its colours palette. Flowers and BG are very impressive. You managed to reproduce 3D space of the captured scene. POV, details, sharpness of the Bee are excellent. You have sold very difficult task perfectly.
