What a superb catepillar you managed to capture here!
Its colors are truely magnificent and the contrast with the BG is excellent.

Hola Jose,
very brilliant and sharp presentation of this colourful atropos caterpillar. It optimally fills your picture and optimally contrasts against the dark background. I think that the trachea system radiating from the white bordered black stigmata can be seen under the skin.

Excelente macro Jose Luis con gran nitidez, colorido y un fondo ideal para realzar la silueta de la oruga.
Me encanta el encuadre elegido y en este caso, el uso del flash ha producido un efecto lumínico muy agradable sobre el cuerpo del insecto y el segundo plano de la escena.

Good side profile of this beautiful caterpillar. the colors are so vibrant. Sharpness is great. I've never seen so nich patterns on a caterpillar.. good eye.

Y yo que me pensaba que "vaguete" que esta este hombre y no me había percatado de esta maravilla..... claro que esta oruga debe de ser antes de la reencarnación de mi herrerillo, no si yo ya me decía este herrerillo es un poco funambulista y mira debía ser que le quedaban reminiscencias de su etapa de oruga....... joer que rollo. Pero la foto es muy buena, la macrofiesta esta cada vez más cerca...... :-)

Very nice picture with very good DOF and nice POV. I like also the contrast and beautiful colours.
Anyway, there is one thing in the note which is not correct. In latin name of the species only the genus name is written in capital letter, so the correct name is "Archerontia atropos" :)
Anyway, very nice presentation :)
