I know so little about insects that I rarely critique insect photos but I really like this one. Everything that needs to be sharp is sharp and the softly textured background sets off the subject nicely. Color and sharpness are really nice.

I am impressed by the quality of your photo! First there are the very well rendered natural colors with so many color tones. DOF is amaising covering both insect and plant. Due to the high quality of the image even very small details on insect's body can be seen.

Tu publies tant de photos que je n'arrive pas à suivre...mais je voulais revenir sur cette magnifique image aux teintes si "ignasiennes" et qui me plaîsent tant. Excellente composition, belle lumière, sujet intéressant, de quoi combler le visiteur de ta galerie.
