The woodchat shrike is a common bird in great parts of France and Spain. I saw this one in Albufera National Park (Mallorca).
In Holland this bird is selden seen.

Nice shot, perfect defocused BG, excellent colours. Detail is good, nice and sharp. My only nit would be that the eye is not visible. Great shot!

Hij is weer mooi hoor!
Mooie pose, misschien bij de kop een beetje dichtgelopen? Blijft moeilijk fotograferen dat donker en wit vlak bij elkaar. Mooie lichtval op de rug en een perfecte achtergrond.
