I'm back again :-)
This great balearic endemic species grows on the mountains on the Balearic islands. I took this picture in the Sierra Tramuntana in the nothern part of Mallorca :-) Hope you'll like it :-)
Hypericum balearicum is a plant in the genus Hypericum native to Spain's Balearic Islands. It is a small, evergreen shrub up to 1.5 m in height, with dark green, leathery leaves covered with warty glands, and bright yellow flowers (2 cm). (wikipedia) |

Hi Ena. Good to see you posting. A nice close up of this yellow flower. Which you have taken with bright colours and good detail. It stands out from the darker BG. well done TFS.

Welcome again, Ena!
Nice take of the Hypericum. The very light blotch in the upper right, and the blue area on the left distract attention from the lovely object.
TFS,
Ishi

Hello Ena,
Nice to see you back here again! A very interesting species, typical Hypericum flower but very different leaves. An interesting plant for your return!
John
Bonjour Ena,
Très belle publication valorisant bien le sujet par l'appréciation de la finesse des détails ; il est domage que l'aclairage soit un peu trop violent sur l'arrière plan de la moitié supérieure de l'image.
A bientôt sur TN pour de nouvelles aventures.
