PARQUE NATURAL DE JANDIA
EARTHLING SQUIRREL(Atlantoxerus getulus)
to Fuerteventura they are called "Ardillas morunas".Small native mammal of the Nordafrica introduced by the man on the island it is by now diffused.He lives in the rocks almost waiting for the tourists to directly take him the food in the hands.In this shot he eating a piece of apple, but from the reddish halo around the mouth (blood?)I think that it was to end lunch. |
