Hi Vicma,

I've not seen a Canary in the wild! It would probably be as exciting as the first time I saw Parrots flying free. The bird is beautiful with wonderful colors, fine details, and an adorable expression on its face. The setting is absolutely beautiful. A wonderfully composed picture.

Y es que tienes gracia con los pajarillos Víctor y en esta foto lo denuestras. Sombras, desenfoques, etc etc y la toma sigue siendo bella y sobre todo de colores naturales y parece muy poco tocada. Una visión diferente y real que además nos ilustra con vuestra particular fauna.

Nice & sharp, great detail with good color Vicma.
The bird is framed well in it's natural environment, but I would prefer a clear POV, without the OOF vegetation FG. But you must shoot them where you find them many times, and the opportunity is fleeting :)

Wonderful image of a Canary, Vicma.
I used to teach a short story to my senior class in which the hero makes a trip to Cape Verde to fetch a Canary so that it could substitute for the melodious girl who spurns his love for her.
Does a Canary really sing well?
I like this composition with the bird perched on one of the many branches to the left of the frame. The colours are very natural.

Such a cute little bird - I had a domestic one for more than 10 years, they are lovely birds. On this picture, I love how he blends in with his environment, he's got the same color as the plant he is sitting on and the BG. The details are excellet, also, as well as the composition and the POV. Its a very pleasant picture. Very well done !
