This is beautiful bird taken with a fine low POV, it's well composed with good sharpness and fine details.
I wished we saw am egret when I visit you last year.
Maybe the spring is near in Tenerife but not here, we still have a lots of snow. :-(

Hi Vicma!

You present us a fine picture of the Little Egret in front of a beautiful and dynamic background. I like the bird's position and the airy feathers. The focus is at the right place and the lighting on the very white bird is good, too. The rest of the picture is, from my point of view, a little bit dark. Maybe it's the effect of the light measuring on the brightest part of the bird. I usually proceed the same way, but then brighten the dark tones in the postprocessing.

fascinatingly dynamic motion in this dramatic setting.
Fine details, subtle shades in the white feathers, but all over looking a little bit underexposed on my screen.

What brilliant light and moment!!! .. love the blue palatte in the composition..it even seems to be bleaching the egret's white into a lovely white colour ..exposed well.The posture that you have frozen of the bird standing in the water is just wonderful.

Awesome PoV and DoF.I love those waves that are coming up.The bird looks so human..may be like an old man or woman standing with a hunch and lost in his/her own thoughts while the little waves caress his/her feet.The plumage blowing in the wind could be the flowing hair.The water effect is so much so that it i can feel the cool water at my feet.I feel the wind blowing around, i hear the waves as they come and i feel the light bathing the bird in a soft aura.Very much a mesmerising moment and you communicate the mood completely to the viewer.

It was a pleasure viewing this composition.And i would love to add this to my theme "Unforgettable Favourites".
