You present us a beautiful picture of this bird from Tenerife. The wind in the feathers reveals delightful colours and shapes one probably would not see so clearly without it. It's also amazing to notice the unity of the colour tones between the bird and its environment.

Very funny how the feathers are lifted by the wind! Special and interesting bird-picture. I like especially pictures which don't show to classical poses and attitudes. They appear more lively. I also like the beautiful light you caught here. Excellent sharpness too.

I guess the desert isn't the only place with such strong winds! A wonderful capture of this Dunlin with the feathers going this way and that. Beautiful colors and excellent details of his face and feathers. I love the composition and the way the bird blends in with the setting.
