I'm not sure if I have seen this bird before or not. The wonderful lighting shows off the beautiful colors and shadings of his face and wings. Combined with the snow white breast he is quite lovely. Superb details of the entire Turnstone. I love the pose and the composition.

Hi Vicma.
I am very impressed with the subject. It is clear that beautiful bird and stone as a stage are reproduced perfectly. Lighting, colours, reproduction of all even tiniest details are amazing. However, BG is really great too. Its colouration is unique and wonderful and all together create a superb, pleasant for look, extraordinary picture. My compliments and Bravo.

Pues sí que hace tiempo, y es que cada vez me cuesta más trabajo encontrar un rato libre para TN. Aun así no pienso abandonarlo y espero que este año me permita encontrar más huequitos, porque tener la ocasión de ver tantas imágenes espectaculares de criaturas tan extraordinarias es un auténtico privilegio. Y ésta es una de tus preciosas imágenes espectaculares. Yo tuve la ocasión de fotografiar a unos cuantos vuelvepiedras en la isla de Lobos en Fuerteventura el año pasado. Este año teníamos la intención de ir a Las Palmas, la próxima semana, pero me temo que al final no voy a poder ir. Una pena.
Me encanta la luz de esta foto. Desde luego la luz es fundamental, además de la nitidez y la apropiada profundidad de campo.
