Hi Carme
This looks like some type of Willow. I can't tell by the size if it's a tree or bush. Willow when they bloom have Catkins which fall to the ground and start new plants. It must be spring where you are. We don't see these for another few months. The Catkins look wonderful against the blue sky. Lots of good detail.
