Dichanthium ischaemum (= Andropogon ischaemum)
This plant is from Poaceae’s family and I took a picture of it the same day of the Winter savory’s picture. It’s habitat is very similar to Winter savory’s habitat, and it’s occur in Mediterranean Europe and North Africa. It’s a very common plant, in flower in this season. It’s usual to see the flower with this reddish color we can observe in the picture. It’s another autumnal plant that give us an advise about the arrival of the winter. Nobody pays attention to such a common plant as this one.

This is a fine composition with an attractive subject, simple but beautiful!
