El Azufre Manchado(Emmelia trabealis) es una polilla de la familia Noctuidae con un envergadura de alas de entre 18 y 20 mm distribuidos a través de la zona de Palaearctic en áreas sin árboles como prados y estepas. Dos generaciones son producidas volando de mayo a junio y el segundo de julio a agosto. Espècifico sus ojos de color pistacho.

The Spotted Sulphur (Emmelia trabealis) is a moth of the family Noctuidae with a wing span of between 18 and 20 mm distributed across the Palaearctic zone in treeless areas such as meadows and steppes. Two generations are produced flying from May to June and the second from July to August.

Hello Nicholas,
this frame filling composition is beautiful. Such beautiful detail. The DOF and the sharpness are perfect. The colors are very eye catching. I like the close crop and the presentation a lot.

Good capture of this interesting moth, Nicolas.
The insect looks very nice against the BG of the flower, especially with markings on its wings that match the colour of the flower.

This is really a very beautiful and interesting macro!
I really love the black and yellow on a yellow flower...give a great feeling to the post.
The details here are great and the lighting is rather good, too.
The macro lens sure helped you go that "extra mile" ;))

interesante macro Nicolas con apropiado punto de vista para captar a este insecto tan bien mimetizado en esa flor.
La armonía de colores brinda una estética a la presentación que se suma al apropiado fondo y enfoque de la misma.
Me gusta además el encuadre elegido, así como la iluminación asistida por el flash.
