jo tb penso que es podria tractar d'Armillaria mellea, perň no t'ho puc asegurar, ademés és un bolet bastant variable en formes i colors. Si ho fos, és un bolet comestible i de qualitat. Aqui a Lleida es por trobar a la soca dels perers quan han patit aquesta malatia ja que parasita les seves arrels ( i la de d'altres arbres )i pot ser un problema molt important en fruticultura.

I don't agree with 'Mozwik' and 'jignasi' in the ID specification, cap texture of Armillarias are quite different. This is Gymnopilus junonius, old specimens. Armillaria mellea never has rust-red color tones on the cap, not even in old age of the fruitbody.
Photographically: crop became a bit narrow both on the left side and on the bottom, but otherwise an OK pic. Unfortunately the total lack of note also doesn't help.
