Wow, Felipe, what a colorfull fungus! Erm...sorry, it's a butterfly ;-) Nice pose and details, great looking patterns on wings. But spider made the picture! He is thinking about so big dinner ;-) Great scene.

An excellent capture. I would agree on the ID, commonly known as the Marsh Fritillary here in UK. Excellent pov, another razor sharp image and the spider peeping round the petal is an extra bonus!

Hi Felipe, great shot. Very nice details and good composition. I find the Fritillarys hard to ID as often the southern (Spanish) ones can looks different. I think this iD looks Ok to me.

It belongs to the Nymphalidae Melitaeinae family.
