Hola Laura,
although of similar colour as the environment and with translucent wings, tha damselfly stands out clearly. The moment is well captured but focus and sharpness could be a bit better. I tried a workshop - perhaps you will like the result.
The species belongs to the genus Lestes, it is probably Lestes viridis.

Avery beautiful smaselfly you have captured here!
The fact that you used flash here really helped you into getting better details and colors from that wonderful mettelic body of this little fellow.
The sharpness is very good, too and the diagonal composition is nice.
