Beautiful work! I really love both the sharpness and the background blur that your lens provides. I also like the almost monochromatic colouring: it anchors the bird in its environment really well.

Are you using the 2x converter on your 400? If so, how do you find image quality for larger prints?

Great composition with very beautiful feather details, color tones, pose of the bird and soft BG .

What a brilliant composition in beautiful colours and a lovely capture of the little Chiffchaff!! It looks gorgeous standing on those brittle seed heads and against a beautiful soft background. Greatly in focus too and lovely sharp details.

This a great capture of the Chiff Chaff..Super sharp with a cracking BG...These are rare in the UK but i captured one in my back garden earlier in the year..I wish it had come out like this!!

This Chiffchaff is beautiful. I love the pose as he looks down at the flowers. Fine details of his face, wings and plummage. My favorite thing about this shot are the colors. The bird looks wonderful against the golden background.
