De nuevo, una sutil fotografía, donde las sombras tienen un importante protagonismo.
Me gusta mucho como utilizaste los pétalos traseros para recibir las sombras proyectadas, obteniendo así una información adicional sobre la estructura de la flor dentro de la misma flor.
La misma calidad de siempre, de suavidad y sobre todo mucho respeto hacia el sujeto a fotografiar.
Enhorabuena por la foto, gracias por ella, y un muy feliz fin de semana también para tí.

Bonita fotografía donde se aprecia arriba y a la derecha la textura de los pétalos y a la izquierda lo satinados que son. Buen enfoque en toda la corola por las sombras se supone que el sol estaba bajo ya... o era temprano. Muy bonita.

Dear José,
a wonderful painting of light. I love the rich colours on the petals that are perfectly well exposed. I love the way they emerge from the darkness. And the long shadows of the pollen on the petals add to an enormous expression of dramatic vitality very rarely seen in portraits of flowers.

I like your Wordsworth quotation. I think in the same poem he continues:
'There's a flower that shall be mine
T'is the little Celandine.'
Nice sharp and well-composed shot taken as if the flower is emerging from the darkness of winter into the Spring sunshine.
Such sights give us a boost and make us see life in a more positive way.

Wordsworth would not waste his gifts on anything trivial, Jose.
This flower is truly beautiful.
What I like about the picture in particular are the shadows of the inner petals falling on the wider outer petals.
What a subtle touch of creativity here!

la foto es bonita y el ángulo de toma está bien, los detalles de los pétalos se pueden apreciar bastante bien, pero la luz lateral es fuerte y puntual y crea zonas muy oscuras en las sombras

Volviendo a visitar los portfolios de los viejos amigos de TN me encuentro con esta "dramática" captura Jose con gran efecto visual a partir del impactante punto de vista captado que brinda nitidez y gran enfoque, realzados por el efecto de sombra tan estético en este caso.
El gran contraste con el fondo de la escena resalta aun más la belleza del ejemplar y nos muestra sus detalles en todo su esplendor.

A very beautiful flower and considering that it was Wordsworth's favourite it looks even charming. immaculate sharpness and rich yellow colours. Superb lighting and exposure and the DOF is great.
