Hi Aivar,

Fantastic shot. That owl is making mincemeat of the chicken. A beautiful owl that I have never seen before. Very good focus, DOF and BG. Well done.

Wow, Aivar! You timed this one nicely! Great expression on the owl's face! I'm not sure whether he is showing satisfaction or inspecting the size of his victim's feet. Whatever, a great capture!
Kind regards,
Bev :-)

Hi Aires.
I believed, that more terrible scenes, than mine, do not happen. Now I see, that it not so. Your scene is more horrible.

However, great shot. Excellent colours and lighting. Perfect colourful BG. Wonderful composition. TFS and best wishes.
Alexei.

Hi Aivar,

Great shot of the Owl enjoying his lunch, nicely composed with a fine pose, he looks like he is savouring his lunch, nice sharp detail and superb colours too.

TFS Hilary :o)

In the chicken industry, females are grown to produce hens and males are useless. They usually end up like this or the-like.

Excellent shot:
- interesting
- perfect timing
- Brilliant colors
- Much appropriate DOF
- Great composition

Could hardly be better, maybe without the black line in the eye (a very little nit. Don't worry)

Exact timing and very good DPF Aivar. Congratulation to the shot.TFS

Great shot! May be a little overexposed, but the composition, subject more than make up for it. The legs sticking out of the beak of the owl looks interesting! Good work.
