Seimeira de Vilagocende

This is a quite high waterfall, I guess about 25-30 meters.
Although it seems to carry little water, the quantity falling is considerable, and I had to protect the cam against the clouds of sprayed water while taking the shots.
It is a pity that I could not add any reference, like a person to the view to show the real size of this beautiful place, but none of the presents had in mind taking a shower... :)

The view is taken with the tripod in the river, from the only place with a full prespective of the waterfall.

Hope you like!

Hi Felipe.
Very pretty shot. Excellent composition abd colour presentaion. Good efect... Well done. tfs. Stev

Dear Felipe and Cristina!
It is really nice to see another topic in your presentations. After lovely mushrooms, great picture of insects, this time a fantastic waterfall! I really like it!
By the way, it has to be a kind of oazis in the warm interior of Spain. I like a lot POV and DOF. The size of this waterfall is also impresive!
TFS and best greetings from really hot Lodz!

Hi Felipe,
Nice to see a post from you again.
This is a very summery looking shot.(I guess there are not many fungi around there at this time of year)
This is a beautiful waterful, and a perfect capture.

Hola Felipe
Qué cascada más bonita, y qué enorme! Me recuerda a la Cola de Caballo del Monasterio de Piedra.
Una foto preciosa con un magnífico encuadre y composición.

Hi, dear friends.
Esthetically and technically shot is simply great. Perfect exposure parameters, amazing wide angle and POV, terrific reproduction of waterfall and its surroundings. Combination of the lights and darks (shadows) are so impressive too. Superb art work. My compliments and best wishes.
Alexei.

Hi Filipe

Another splensis shot from you, my friend!
This is indeed an impressive place - full of vivid colors and the feeling of calmness.
The composition you created here is exceptional as well as the exposure management that kept great detail on the shaded parts and still managed not to overexpose the bright parts.
Great long shutter effect on the water, too.

Bravo and TFS

Hi Felipe,
What hurdles you need to take to get the best POV. Your river POV is really wonderful and showed the height of the falls perfectly. You were really dealing with some wonderful light, it gave the leaves this nice illuminated effect. The shutter speed and aperture made the photo perfect. A nice smooth look of the water and perfect details throughout the photo.
TFS,
Niek
