What a nice capture of a bird that is very similar to our American Goldfinch. It looks like a female as the male is brighter yellow.

Excellent picture of a bird looking very similar to the female of our common American Goldfinch (another fringillidae). Excellent bg enhancing the bird and very good natural colors. Good DFO and well on focus! I would have preferred perched on a branch but sometimes, we don't have choice ;-)
