Hola José,
It is one thing to take an attractive shot of a bright colourful flower like this Gladiolus, but it is another to make the shot so appealing that one wants to look at it for a long time, which is what you succeeded in doing. The contrast with the blurred natural environment BG is excellent and the flowers stand out even more because of the side-lighting. All this together with the excellent sharpness and composition make this an outstanding shot!

Manejaste muy bien la fuerte luz que había, con un adecuado balance de brillos que nos permite disfrutar el bello color de las flores sin estridencias.
Me agrada la profundidad de campo y como separa las flores del fondo.

J'aime beaucoup les glaieuls sauvages, aux formes et aux couleurs beaucoup plus agréables que les variétés cultiveés.
L'éclairage latéral de ta photo restitue très bien la couleur des fleurs et leur forme complexe.

They are delicate and wonderful flowers Jose! I like this beautiful lightning, details, composition and DOF. IMHO it would have been nicer with a plain green BG but I understand that nature doesn't always offer us the perfect opportunity, does she? :) Thanks for sharing this nice post.

These are very pretty. Good DOF, the BG is blurred enough so it doesn't distract but with enough detail to retain a sense of the flowers setting. Lovely colours, good focus and wonderful POV

La verdad es que como dice José Miguel, sólo le falta el celofan y te lo llevas acasa.
Buena toma de esta bella flor y sobre de la información que aportas, que es muy pero que muy interesante, gracias por enseñarme a ver este mundo que para mí pasa desapercibido, bueno alguna vez tiro a flores y plantas pero ya sabes que eso no es lo mio, yo siempre con la cabeza llena de pajaritos.....

PD. con respecto a tu comentario sobre el cernícalo, debe de ser que se hacen los "suecos" y ni caso no te parece. ;0)

Tremendo especimen con casi todas las flores abiertas!Buenos detalles, atrevida composición y buena medición de la luz para los rosas de esto Gladiolus que suelen salir quemados por lo mucho que reflejam la luz.
