Very good shot. Natural colors and natural surrounding. Typical place for aegeria. Sharpness is good (but I think that you could do a little sharpening on left wing. About a composition: maybe (but it is very individual thing you could crop it a littlle bit from the bottom and from the right

Fine portrait of Pararge aegeria aegeria ( the nominate form) in and an excellent composition. It isn't often we see it on the ground but here it was warming itself in the late summer sun.

Very fine capture of the Speckled Wood with open wings showing their beautiful patterns and lovely warm colours. I think you could possibly sharpen it a bit more but it is still very beautiful.
