Hola Nicolas,
an excellent picture of this rarely documented species at TN. The focus plane is well selected and exact. In combination with great depth of field and pretty good sharpness you achieve a nice picture of mannii even showing its characteristic apical wing patch. General composition and colours are very attractive.

Hello Nicolas,
Pieris mannii seems to be a newly shown species here on TN, really well presented with this apparently male individual by you in an ideal pose to allow identification both from upper side and lower sides of wings. The image is sharp and clear, exposure perfectly handled, colours ideally saturated, and the composition is well balanced with dark brown veins of leafs as an attractive element. This is a rare and local species an many parts of its distribution. I've also met it in Lower Austria this summer but didn`t get such a good documentary shot as yours. Thank you!

Everything about this photo shows up nicely. The wings are in good focus, and the leaves in background give it a nice compliment.
