nice photo of this Shield Bug.
The colours are very warm and well saturated which I personally love.
Sharp with crisp edges.
Stark contrast between BG and foreground.
--- If you had got a bit lower then it would have offered a better POV but the actual photo is perfect.

both, the plant surfaces and the bug are well shown due to great depth of field, perfect focus and pretty good ahrpness.

Exposure,colour and detail are all perfect.
This is like our Soldier Bugs which are not sap suckers but very beneficial predators of other garden pests.

Si hay algo que siempre me ha dado miedo de andar por el campo, son los bichejos. En especial los desconocidos. Después de haber visto unos cuantos documentales de esos que te meten el miedo en el cuerpo, mostrando insectos que están a la espera de que pase a su alcance algún animal de sangre caliente para saltarle encima, atiborrarse y de paso pegarle alguna que otra enfermedad horrible, pues que una se lo piensa bien antes de meterse por determinados sitios. Sin embargo, desde que se mete uno en este 'vicio' de la fotografía es que acaba haciéndole foto a todo bicho que se encuentra, sin saber si es bueno o malo y siempre que está al alcance de las posibilidades de su cámara (si es demasiado pequeño yo mejor paso). Una de las cosas que he observado es que cuanto más a propósito me meto en un campo en busca de bichos, menos bichos encuentro. Con lo cual he ido perdiendo gran parte de ese miedo, pero no el respeto, prefiero ir con la piel lo menos expuesta posible, por si acaso.
He oído que estas chinches, por ejemplo, pueden ser malas amigas, especialmente si les da por picarte. Y aun así, ¡mira que buena imagen dan a veces! Naturalmente cuando caen bajo la cámara experta de un excepcional fotógrafo como tú. No se podrá quejar ésta de que le hayas sacado su lado malo, no, ¡menuda foto!.
