Hola amiga,
no te puedo ayudar,

JM

Hi, dear Maite, and thanks for sharing.
You have reflected this little moth with great details. I like the sharpness, excellent texture reproduction and natural true colours. Scenery is so attractive and natural too. You have entered us into a fine microcosm. My compliment and best wishes.
Alexei.

I have been in the same situation as you. Sometimes Ihave to wait 2 or 3 days before I can ID...and in doing so it gives me mjuch greater use of the meanings and methods of presentation. So while it may seem a chore....it is actually learning tool. One by the way which you put to good work in your post. A well exposed (to the digital) image. Fine fun...or work...whichever...

Ciao Maite,

Maite,
Looks like it is a "night" prowler type MOTH. "batu" will know its ID.
Great focusing job.
Excellent clarity.
I too have this Moth in my library.... no ID.... hence, have not posted it. Will wait and do further research.
Most friendly regards,
Mario.

You are being quite funny in your note, Maite!
I can understand your frustration at not being able to be 100% sure about the ID of this moth.
Nevertheless, the species you have captured is quite unique. Maybe the light is a bit harsh, but the presentation is very nice.
TFS and regards.

Hi Maite,
You sound just a bit frustrated with this one, pig-headed fits the moth..and your efforts to ID it. There are just too many species of these da#m things ;}

Hello Maite
Very good POV and DOF.
The focus is sharp and shows excellent detail.
The lighting is well done, and the warm colours are well saturated.
Even these plain moths deserve their day on TN.
TFS
