Heia Ralf,
first of all I have to say it is a very nice picture. The brown tones and colours match very well. The diagonal reed breaks the symmetry of the composition which is nice.
If you ask me I'd say it is a chiffchaff. Can't really exclude Phylloscopus ibericus, but I don't know their status in wintertime in the region. Otherwise I choose the common chiffchaff Phylloscopus collybita

Yes I agree with Jacob that this is the Chiff-chaff: the brownish tone to the head is an indication and the profusion od yellow suggests that this is a young bird in its first year.
Very nice composition and light in the reeds and a superb pose and POV.
